Management & Non-Union (MAN010) MKR Rental Operations Coordinator Primary
Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable with the residential properties available for rent and the terms of the company's rental agreement with the homeowners. Accept reservations of rental properties maximizing revenue for the homeowner and the company. Respond to all rental inquires from company website, external advertising and referrals. Assist with producing drafts of rental agreements and confirmations for review and approval by Resort Services Managers. Must be efficient in personal computer programs used by the resort and the company. Hawaii Real Estate License preferred. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with homeowners and guests. Assist in preparing the annual budget for the department. Assist the Director, Principal Broker and Managers of resort services with rental agreements and property showings. Provide accurate reports on rental activity. Responsible to respond verbally or in writing to all inquires regarding rental properties. Ensure proper charges are made to rental properties. Assist the Director in marketing strategies for rentals. Greet renters upon arrival and escort them to the homes; familiarize guests with features of the home and services and facilities available to them at the resort. Order amenities or arrange for other special requests. Prepare reports as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned or required. Other Duties:
Inspect homes prior to guest arrival. Attend regular company meetings. Support and assist external departments in the company as needed. Assist other office staff as needed with accounting, marketing, newsletters, mailings, etc. Market other company services available to homeowners. Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions. Outdoor in various weather conditions when traveling within the resort. Work Hours:
Must be able to work the schedule set by the Director of Resort Services or President Must be able to work over 40 hours per week. Equipment Use:
Proficient in the use of a computer and with the resort's word, spreadsheet and other required software. Ability to use the telephone Ability to use various office equipment including but not limited to calculators, photocopiers and facsimile machines. Able to transport guests in the company vehicle or electric cart. Mental and Physical Demands:
Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met. Able to manage stressful and challenging situations. Able to stand and walk to check rental homes. Must be able to creatively market rentals. Communication Demands:
Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, managers and guests/clients. Ability to communicate over the phone. 3 years work related experience Driver's License Must be personable, assertive, and self-motivated. We appreciate your interest injoining our 'Ohana. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
